  • The first big CANCELLED British Brigade battle event of the year.

  • Northern California Pirate Festival
  • The Northern California Pirate Festival is a late addition to our schedule. This year's theme is "The Redcoats are coming!" Several members of the 33rd Foot are planning to maintain the King's laws on Sunday the 21st. If you are interested, please contact Niles Kynett.

  • Under the Redcoat is a major travel event for the 33rd.

  • Old Fort MacArthur Days
  • Old Fort MacArthur Days is a time-line event situated on the grounds of Fort MacArthur in San Pedro. Registration deadline is 6 June.
    • Usually Labor Day weekend.
  • Big Horn Mountain Men Rendezvous
  • This is a fun venue, and a great chance for us to mingle with other black powder shooters in the Southern California area. We shoot ball ammunition! The modest entry/camping fee permits us to join in the shooting competition. It's a great chance for us to put our period living skills into action! THe web site is not yet up, but we usually plan be there for the last weekend. We are welcome to camp all week.

  • Marching through History Exposition
  • We had a lot of fun at MTHE in 2008! MTHE is planning to expand the space for Colonial groups, so we plan to set up our full encampment, and interpret the life and times of His Majesty's 33rd Foot.

  • We cannot have the Regimental Christmas Dinner on this date. We will poll the membership for a substitute.
