We have voted The American Revolution in Huntington Beach, the Colonial Heritage Festival, and Before the Siege as our primary events for 2020, but all the events listed in this section have been officially sanctioned by the 33rd Regiment of Foot, Inc. If any 33rd members plan to attend any of these events, please let RHQ know.

Saturday, Sunday - 30 - 31 MayBritish Brigade and Continental Line Encampment at Fort Loudon His Majesty's troops will be garrisoning the fort. Activities will include, but are not limited to, patrols, skirmishes, and a School of Instruction.

Thursday - Saturday, 2, 3, 4 JulyColonial Heritage Festival in Orem Utah From the web site: "The Colonial Heritage Foundation coordinates a multi-day, colonial living and reenactment event for the Fourth of July each year. Called the Colonial Heritage Festival, or "Colonial Fest" for short, it is the largest event of its kind west of the Mississippi River - incorporating more than one hundred artisans, craftsmen, teachers and reenactors." Thursday through Sunday, 6 - 9 AugustThe Northwest Colonial Festival As it says on their home page: "It's 1775 again...". We have sanctioned this event for any of our members who wish to participate even though the 33rd wasn't actually in North America in 1775. Saturday, Sunday - 26 - 27 SeptemberBefore the Siege: the British Army in Yorktown Before the Siege: the British Army in Yorktown is our main Back East travel event for 2020. BTS is a commemoration of the time that the British and Crown forces were in Yorktown, preparing its defenses before the Continentals and French arrived. We have access to some historic and re-created buildings, and the chance to engage in interpretation and camp life over several blocks of Yorktown's historic Main Street. This is an unparalleled opportunity to walk in the footsteps of one of the 33rd Regiment's most significant actions. Please let us know if you plan to go!
