Useful Documents

The following links will take you to .pdf files of useful documents.

Guard Mount, Sentry Duty, and Relief.

This is the the cover.

This version is optimized for viewing on-screen.

This version is set up to print out your own booklets.

To assemble the booklets, print one cover.

Print each page, one at a time. Page 1 of the .pdf document contains pages 1 and 4 of the booklet. Page 2 of the .pdf document contains pages 2 and 3 of the booklet. Of course, if you want to make a number of copies you can print out as many copies of each page as you want to make copies. The principle is the same for one booklet or a dozen booklets.

On the back of page 1, 4 print page 2, 3.

On the back of page 6, 7 print page 8, 5.

On the back of page 10, 11 print page 12, 9.

On the back of page 14, 15 print page 16, 13.

On the back of page 18, 19 print page 20, 17.

On the back of page 22, 23 print page 24, 21.

On the back of page 26, 27 print page 28, 25.

On the back of page 30, 31 print page 32, 29.

On the back of page 34, Cornwallis print page blank, 33.

Set your paper cutter for 5 1/2 inches, and slice each page down the middle. Collate the pages and use a small hole punch to make holes where you see the three dots on the cover. Tie the booklets together with fine hemp cord.

For printing paper I use Southworth Ivory Antique Laid paper. You can get it at most large office supply stores.
