Ekaterina Eriksson was a guest of the 33rd Foot. She is Head Gardener at the Huntington Library and Gardens, and has been an enthusiastic supporter of the Provost Guard Officer's Mess. She has searched out and grown many of the heirloom herbs used in the meal. Colonial Williamsburg sponsored her to give some well received talks on herbs during UTR.
